At the end of the month we will also be hosting a Memorial Service on the 27th of March, and will be booking a shopping trip either on the 9th or the 16th of April.

L.H. states she has not received survey and would like to complete one.

Information Session

Steve Scannell led the Strategic Planning Visioning Session for Glen Haven Manor 2024-2028. Steve led the session with a question about the Mission and Vision of GHM and if it still resonated, or if anything should change. All residents acknowledged that the Mission resonates with them, and they see no required changes. The Vision for Glen Haven Manor the residents felt should reflect some light heartedness, some social ability, and respect.

The current Values for Glen Haven Manor were reviewed by Steve. The residents felt the values they hold in the highest regard were respect, listening, compassion and caring, and comfort.

Finally Steve reviewed the core priorities and asked for input on future priorities. The residents liked the priorities for Resident Focus and Safety.

M.M. advised can not always hear the announcements the first time to ask that people repeat the announcements so residents can hear.
